Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.
To start a return, contact us at nerdplayerone@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent to a UK return address, which will be provided by email.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at nerdplayerone@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
UK and EU Cooling-Off Rights
Where applicable, customers have the right to cancel or return an online order within the legal cooling-off period. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. You will also need proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns or cancellations under the cooling-off period, customers are responsible for return postage. We will cover return postage only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
